Shipping Policy

Please allow up to two weeks for delivery, as some of our products are made to order.
We offer shipping through USPS.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package is on the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

G.G. Marie Jewelry allows returns for damaged items on a 30-day basis. We will replace the item. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer store credit for exchanges.

For damaged items, and other exchanges, please:

Send pictures of the item to our e-mail at GGMARIEJEWELRY@gmail.com.
When the return is confirmed, send back the damaged item to the return address, which will be provided.
New item will ship will then be shipped.
